Yosemite Radar Traps: They appear to use the VASCAR mobile type radar.
Hwy 120 around Crane Flat, they have 25mph a long ways through the store area, so watch out.
Hwy 120 around Big Meadow overlook
Hwy 41 in the Wawona area
Hwy 140 at Cascade Falls
Yosemite Valley. Be very careful driving here!! Driving in an old car after dark will almost certainly result in being pulled over..
Hwy 120, Tioga Rd at Porcupine Campground. The TM gas station is a very popular spot.
Hwy 120, Olmstead Point, very popular.

Hmmm, let's see if I still remember code... Hey guy's, I'm out for the rest of the week. Have a super time in Yose. I tried to get ahold of Kele to see if I could catch a ride back with them on Sunday with no luck. Hopefully I'll make the trip to Tuolomne in Oct. I'll probably be going up privately sometime before that, I'll let you know when I figure it out. I'll talk to you all when you get back, 6th or 7th? Don't let Kirk break anything else. Keep Jorge away from the women... he keeps hoggin all the good ones. DRINK FISHBOWL MARGARITA! and say "hi" to my future ex-wife. Travelogue this mutha from the Yose Library while you're up there.

there is also White Wolf and Porcupine Flats on 120 East - both walk-ins...
I'm gonna tell her we're gonna join her.

Here's something for everyone... 'specially you Art aka Mr. Big Picture! If you want to post an image to the blog page the code is below. Here's what you need to do:
1. change the 1's at beginning and end of the code to < and >
2. change the 2 to the URL of your image. leave the "" on both ends.
2a. You can find the URL for the image by holding the cursor over an image and right clicking. It'll look something like (Http//:www.davesshorts.com/images/whateva.jpg). Simply highlight, cut, and paste the URL desired URL.
3. change the 3's to your desired width and height (in pixels) for the image. You can find the default image size the same way you found the URL, right clicking the image.
4. the 4 is a pop-up text that will display when you hold the cursor over the image. A caption of sorts. It's optional so you can delete the (alt="..." tag if you like.
5. change the 5 to left, right, top, bottom, center, etc... to align your image on the page and with your text.
Lastly, remember to leave all the "quotation marks" intact.
1img src="2" width="3" height="3" alt="4" align="5"1
It'll look something like this: 1img src="http://www.biteme.com/images/bite.jpg" width="200" height="178" alt="Grrr, I’m gonna eat your ass!" align="center"1
