I suspect I'll be doing a lot of surfing this summer because:
Williamson is closed
The closest place for trad climbing is Tahquitz, but going there makes me feel sick to my stomach
The Needles is too serious to go to unless my partner is SOLID
gas is gonna cost too much to do more than the occasional road trip
all the good climbing is too far away to go to on spur of the moment make plans at the last second trips

still have
big bear
rubidoux (bouldering)
black mtn (bouldering)
malibu
the Quarry (at least in the morning)

I suppose I'll end up mostly at malibu and big bear

Any other suggestions?
